Dear Peter,

Back in the spring of 1992, the decision on whether to add a solarium to the second floor of our house was given considerable thought by my wife and myself. The Four Seasons brochures certainly made the sunrooms look very attractive.

Our main concerns at this time were the heating (cost) and over-heating (no air-conditioning) and would it be a practical, useful addition. However, since the unit was added to the north side of our house and we live on the shore of Lake Ontario, both the heating and cooling have been reasonable and this is what you predicted.

Your comments about us spending considerable time in the solarium I had cause to wonder about as you were the salesman, however, this has certainly turned out to be true as most daylight hours are spent there.

I must add that it certainly catches the eye of friends that come to visit.
